COMMENT: The magnitude of corruption in India is Very Expansive. It extends to government as well as private conventions & practices, from rickshaw drivers, hoteliers ( hoteliers are perhaps the most-crooked of them all ), corporations, government officials and others, all the way to the top. It also includes the Racketeers Of India. The firebrand-racketeers of India, beat the rattle-snake-racketeers of Chicago, by a long-shot..

To really deal with the problem of corruption, and fire a Hell-Fire missile against corruption, you must identify all the players, in the business of corruption, and hit them where it hurts most..
